Regroup the Styles settings screen into "Manage Your Styles" and "Manage Shared Styles"

Restructure the Styles settings screen into two groups that mirror the "Manage Configuration Data" group in General settings:

• Manage Your Styles — save-to-file and reset-your-styles actions
• Manage Shared Styles — load-from-file and reset-shared-styles actions

With the actions grouped by what they act on, the buttons can drop to single words (Save, Load, Reset) matching the General settings load/save buttons, instead of the current full-phrase buttons ("Save styles to share", "Load from File", "Reset Your Styles", "Reset Shared Styles").
