[BUG] UnparsedCommand warnings in test logs for versions and convert commands

Describe the bug.

When running npm run cli:test, the logs show [UnparsedCommand] Warning for the config:versions and convert commands.

Expected behavior

Commands should parse arguments correctly to avoid console warnings during tests.
