able to overrule/ignore the manual switch?

Hello,
first of all, thanks for this project. I've ordered my RS485 adapter and hope to test it soon

I don't have this fancy wall unit, only a dumb 3 position switch with a LED for the filter.
This connects on the RJ12 port on the Ubbink unit.
It is possible to control via this software and ignore this switch, just like you can do with the wall unit?

Sorry for the late reply -
Yes it's possible to use it without the wall unit, but this case you will stuck with the default settings, according to the documentation is 19200, 8 bit and EVEN parity.
