Add examples for vehicle lights

In #448 vehicle lighting is defined with multiple concepts. 

**Describe the solution you'd like**
Add all defined concepts to the vehicle example:

- Point/spot lights
- Emissive surfaces
  - Mapped by material name
  - Mapped with individual textures
  - Mapped with an atlas texture
