The C API and the Matlab API handle some OpenCRG files differently. Eg. the C API errorneously ignores REFERENCE_LINE_START_X and Y.
There should be an automated test suite that loads various files into Matlab and C, and verifies that they return the same results. Any found bugs should be fixed.
