Package plugins?

Is there an example package plugin somewhere (command or build) that either uses a reference to an installed version of the tool (see homebrew issue) or a binaryTarget to automate updating the swift code using pkl-gen-swift?

Great, thank you! I'll start working on a PR for the Swift Package plugin. My plan is to keep the implementation modular and aligned with Apple's Swift API design guidelines. I'll implement this as a build tool plugin that integrates with the existing pkl-gen-swift executable target to keep things clean and maintainable.

If you have any preferences around structure or tooling conventions, feel free to share. I'm happy to align with the project's direction.
