While working on an issue on TIkTok, The first commit I pushed had a failing test. I know this test fails every time (at the time of writing). The next two commits (pushed separately) are changes to the changelog. This skipped the tests, but now the tests are counting as passed and I'm allowed to merge, possibly non realizing that one test is in fact failing.
I think skipped test should be communicated better, instead of just showing as "passed"
