[MDEP-772] "failOnDuplicates" option for "unpack" goal

Would be great to have an new option 'failOnDuplicates'. If it's set to TRUE and the files we are trying to create already exist, we don't overwrite them, but raise an exception.

Where do the dupes come from? The unpacked dependencies or are they already in the file system?
