[DISCUSS] First source release: Apache Maka 0.2.0 (incubating)

Hi everyone,

I'd like to start the first Apache Maka source release, version 0.2.0-incubating, from commit:

76cccd5997b118b6d8ae7c0fe3c1e625b0ef4ea5

The source candidate workflow has passed, including installation, dependency audits, license inventories, build, type checks, and tests against the extracted source archive. I also downloaded the unsigned artifact and verified its checksum and source payload against the same commit locally.

The known source-packaging blockers were addressed in #5375. The separate post-merge CI run is still in progress.

This release covers the source archive. npm and Desktop convenience artifacts will follow separately.

I plan to use this commit for RC1. Please raise any known blockers or concerns about cutting this candidate. Once the remaining CI passes and any concerns are resolved, I will complete signing and staging and open the release vote.
