Question about the data migration

i use kvrocks in 2022, and left some data.
for some reason i need move the data from cloud to my local. i build the kvrocks, and copy 2022's data to new kvrocks application. but i found new kvrocks compact my 2022's data and remove all the data. i should i keep my data?

but the new db dir also does not exist MANIFEST file.
