Add a documentation page with the aMule team

Include the aMule team members (name / username in GitHub).
For each include the role / admin privilegies in the Organization.
Add info about the Organization, repositories, Team members, Linux package maintainers, Translators for each language, External tools (Weblate, SourceForge..), release plan...
