Error parsing feed containing `­`

When using feed-io from nextcloud news, https://devblogs.microsoft.com/landing fails to parse with:

malformed xml string. parsing error : DOMDocument::loadXML(): Entity 'shy' not defined in Entity, line: 719 (2)

Seems above was caused by:

    <title>Under what conditions could a &lt;CODE&gt;Read&shy;File&lt;/CODE&gt; or &lt;CODE&gt;Write&shy;File&lt;/CODE&gt; fail to transfer all of the bytes, and how do I detect that?</title>
