Bids still showing after closing the deployment

I have closed the deployment but still showing in UI after again opening the deployment from inactive dashboard

Steps to reproduce
create deployment
close the deployment
Go to deployments - uncheck the active button to show all deployments
select the closed deployment

it will show the bid - instead it should show closed deployment UI
