Feature request: prevent navigation sink?

Hi again!

I got a Volvo which has the normal Sentinel system with navigation.

I would like to use Google Android auto together with the cars internal navigation system at the same time. The car's navigation system have the heads up display but Android auto does not have the transmission capability to the cars instrument panel. I want to use them both at the same time.

Unfortunately when I start in navigation on the car internal system it prevents and stop AA out Androi and vice versa. Is it a possibile to prevent the navigation sink from communicating with each other as I cannot get navigation data up on my car instrument panel?

I'm not sure if I’m getting this right, but do you mean that when Android Auto is running, you want to block its navigation prompts from showing up on the HUD?
Android Auto uses a separate channel to display those directions - like arrows, street names, etc.

Yeah, exactly.
My car navigation stops AA from running navigation (Waze and Maps) and AA stops the car navigation and says "Guiding in Android Auto"

The car is not capable of taking guiding instructions in to the instrument panel or the HUD.
I would like to see things ther on the HUD but cross-reference AA guidance which is normally more accurate.

I'm sorry, I have downloaded flashed and gotten aa-proxy to work.
But... The certificates, MITM? - Where, how what?
Just point me to the documentation ( I searched but couldn't find )
