Support for more L2s

Based on TVL, Arbitrum is one of the top and there are some more L2s. But it doesn't seem that we can easily state verifiably using helios yet.

Yeah we'd love to support Arbitrum but last I looked into it, it seemed difficult to verify blocks. If your interested in doing a deep dive and sharing your findings I'd be interested to see if anything has changed.
