Gaussian Splats crashing on AMD GPU's on Windows

This is a long standing issue here: Yellow-Dog-Man/Resonite-Issues#3899

I haven't figured out why is it happening (though I strongly suspect a bug in AMD GPU drivers).

If anyone would want to have a look, with the renderer being open source, you can now!
