Explain trophic analysis?

Citation of paper provides full explanation for the interested and technical reader.

I should perhaps draft a short (one paragraph) intuitive explanation to return here (?):

When published by Gephi as official plugin we can prepare an explanation here:

We can also include in Github readme.

Drafting a short paragraph is a good idea. I think the explanation in the repository (plugins page) you linked is generated from what we submit in our pull request.
