Add support for bulk summary generation

What problem does this address?

Currently, the Content Summarization function is only accessible in the panel of the post editor. As a result, it is currently difficult to generate summaries for several existing posts at a time, as this requires opening the editor for each post and waiting for the summary to be generated.

What is your proposed solution?

Consider adding a button that will generate summary and save it to both post content and meta at the bottom of /wp-admin/edit.php, within the 'Bulk Actions' dropdown list.

Seems like a good feature to me although I am concerned that this may result in AI slop and can even blow up AI costs for the user.

On the other hand, this plugin also serves as a model plugin for other AI plugins, so adding a standardized way for using AI via bulk actions can be a useful guiding light.

Waiting to hear other's opinions on this.

Adding a bulk option and a CLI command would seem to be a good pairing, though could be other Features/Experiments that also warrant similar bulk+CLI support.

I have created a simple POC for this feature. You can see it in action in the screencast below, which demos the bulk summary generation flow.

Look good to me. One detail I care about is how it handles request for a post that has a existing summary? Will it regenerate for those outdated or every one?

Yes, It will regenerate and replace the outdated summary if any post already has a summary.
