Proposal: Add SCF Skill

Hi team,

I’d like to suggest adding an SCF (Secure Custom Fields) skill to this repo. SCF is widely used in WordPress development, and having a dedicated skill would really help AI agents handle custom fields properly.

I can contribute the full skill, including SKILL.md, examples, and best practices.
