Add a search and "misc" link into floating bar with navigation

Now we cannot get to these options - search, print, subscribe, etc - this could be solved all together to put these into the floating bar.

As I noted on another issue, #22 , I like this idea, but I do want to be cautious about adding too much.

If we have a floating menu with an arrow that, when clicked, takes you to the top and doesn't load any new posts would that fix some issue for you?

Maybe, I am not sure how ti would look like :) we need a nice and friendly GUI
