Dragging script seems to malfunction

Hi.

Apparently dragging doesn't work if I select the text (red) within the green selectors. That is, if I specifically select the text (red) to drag the boxes it actually drags the text and not the full box selector. To properly drag the boxes I need to select anywhere outside the text (orange).
