chore: add MIT license (#13)

GitHub treats unlicensed repos as 'all rights reserved' by default —
nobody (including us) can legally fork, redistribute, or vendor the
code. MIT is the standard permissive choice for tools in this slot
(MCP servers, dev plumbing) and matches what most of the Go MCP
ecosystem ships with.
