I use wallpanel in a Nexus 7 2012 mounted on my wall in landscape mode.
If i change any setting, scol down, and then back, up. The setting is restored to previous setting.
Some settings are changed from default and I can't change it back.
I am not able to test this because the tablet is screwed on to the wall in a frame but i think i was able to save settings i portrait mode.
