Add dependency on Malilib/Litematica

One of my friends installed kyoyu without litematica and got extremely weird and unintuitive errors. Putting an explicit mod dependency on litematica would've prevented this from happening.

As noted in the dependencies, the required mods are different for Client and Server. This is a bit complex.
We have plans to fix this, but it has been delayed as the developer is busy.
