Wondering as to how Vivecraft handles it’s compat with the physics mod #455

Hi there, I’m trying to make an add on for Vivecraft’s 1.20.1 forge version that makes it to where the weapon handling acts more like blade and sorcery’s weapon handling (being able to grab a weapon anywhere and being able to drop it and pick it back up realistically) using this mod, MCVRAPI and The Physics Mod. However, I am having some issues with the physics not really working at all. Right now I am trying to get a diamond sword to have physics in the players hand but I couldn’t get it to work. However, I noticed during testing that in vr I can hit mob corpses around normally. I dug through the repository and found the code for it but I would appreciate if someone here could give me some more examples and explain in better detail how this works as I’ve never dealt with a vr framework before.
