Filtering on some pages broken

We suspect that a fix implemented by AH has been superseded by an update of the Radzen components which then causes the custom filtering logic to crash it.

Page(s) identified as having issues so far :

• People
  Filtering on Line Manager, Grade or Current Project Work FTE causes a hard crash of the page.
  Other filtering doesn't appear to actually work either, currently.
  As an aside, we could limit the available filtering somewhat - only really need by name, initials, line manager, grade and skills.

• Manage Projects
  Filtering on School doesn't work.
  Filtering on Faculty works, but if a School is then added (and the Faculty Filter then removed) it crashes.

People page filtering fixed and extraneous column filtering removed (start/end date, Current Project Work FTE, Skills count).

1. Added a new property to the Person class (unmapped) to store the currently computed grade rather than this being done within the datagrid which crashed the page when trying to filter on it as it was not a simple datatype. Wired the grid up to this new property.

2. Wired the LineManager column up to the Person.LineManager.Name property directly to allow the component to deal with the filtering without requiring a custom filter approach.

1. Removed the filtering from some columns where it made no sense (dates, costs, day rate, budget etc.).
2. Removed Custom filtering code for Faculty and School.
3. Adjusted property shown in the datagrid to be the Faculty/School Code and set that as being filterable.
