appos or acl for noun phrases with a few sentences in the form of list enumerators

Would it be appos or acl if a noun phrase is described with a few sentences which are listed with enumerators?

noun phrase 1. sentence 2. sentence 3. sentence

All the 3 enumerated sentences describe the noun phrase in front. At first, I was thinking about appos but I am not sure because appos is supposed to use between nouns. So I was thinking maybe it should be acl from the noun phrase to the first sentence. And parataxis should be used between these enumerated sentences. Right? I checked #1027, and it should not be conj between list enumerators.

Each of the sentences is not connected with any punctuation or conjunctions at all. The sentence is represented as I show above.

I am not sure.

That noun phrase means 3 doctors, and each enumerated sentence describes how each doctor is punished in Thai. So they are in a complete sentence (S + V + verb complement), but they each are enumerated with a number. I firstly segmented each of these enumerates into individual sentences. I re-read the whole paragraph again. They are connected with a main verb and a prepositional phrase placed at the end. That's why I combine all these 3 into one long sentence with the main subject and verb.

I have not finished this sentence completely because of what I have asked here. The Thai sentence is subjectless. The subject is mentioned in the previous paragraph, so it is not needed again even in a new paragraph. This is naturally implemented in Thai.
