The docker release action seems to hang sometimes e.g. https://github.com/UCL-ARC/Enigma-PD-WML/actions/runs/22404065145 - I suspect this is due to the Docker image being very large - we should look into reducing it's overall size (related https://github.com/UCL-ARC/Enigma-PD-WML/issues/9). - We should add a timeout on this action to ensure that if it hangs it doesn't run for the default max time (6 hours!) - We should add some brief instructions on what to do if a release fails (i.e. how to delete it + try again - similar to the brainglobe developer docs)
