Use the DataHandler when importing / updating records

So any existing hooks will get called.

I think we have to discuss that. It could be lead to problems, especially when you want to set up a new TYPO3 instance where you want to imprt record configuration "as-is".

Do you still want to implement this? What about adding support as an option OR with an own command?
