Extension Maker & Bundler Using Real JS Code

I made webpack and Rollup plugins for TW extensions, but I wanted to go further. So I used WebContainers and clever dependency management to make a fully fledged TurboWarp extension maker, bundler, and tester!

I think extension makers are a great idea to help people get started with custom extensions, but I don't think extensions made only with generators will be accepted to the gallery. Just a heads up
