allow to use vertex attributes with render lists in pen+

there is currently no good way to assign attributes to vertices that are rendered in a list (using the define tri block) and it would be great for this to be added :)

Use the attributes blocks in the shaders section. That's what they are there for. They are not useful for non list based rendering.

My question is how to add individual attributes in a triangle definition as I want individual attributes for each vertex in a mesh. If I understand this wrong could you please add this to the pen+ documentation?

You are not currently able to store attributes in triangle definitions, although I agree it would be useful, you would have to set the attributes each time you render a mesh. A workaround is since attributes are stored per sprite, to create a clone for each mesh so you don't have to update them each time.

The attributes do work with list based rendering (index 1 would be the first verticie of the first triangle, 5 would be the second verticie of the second triangle ect.)

You can modify them using JSON to add your own if you are using the define [type] triangle blockset.

I looked through the code for the extension and it seems that when it draws a triangle from a list it only checks for hardcoded values and isn't dynamic so that was the main problem I was talking about.
