user feedback: disabled exact/apply

There has been a feedback by @HiddenTurnip about this game. I don't seem to be able to transfer the issue, so I'll just link it here and close it on lean4game:

• apply can be used for the same purposes as exact when exact is disabled leanprover-community/lean4game#311
