Change default APIType

The default value for "APIType" in component implementations is "SOFTARC_C", and this binding is not a reference binding.

The default value should be "ECOA_C" (the reference binding), or there should be no default value.

If "APIType" is specified for a trigger component, the code generator shall raise an error.
