Allow to use the API access key from environment variable for better CI/CD integration

Hey @cuckflong,

I know it is not ideal that we don't have the way of providing the access key in an .env variable.
We are planning to work on it in the near future.

As a workaround, I can provide the following solution:

• hardhat-tenderly loads the user configuration from the ~/.tenderly/config.yaml file.
• You can manually (in CI/CD) put the data in this file, so the hardhat-tenderly can read it from there.

The structure of the file is simple and should be:

access_key: <your-access-key>
