Now that helm-swoop has been [adopted by emacsorphanage](https://github.com/emacsorphanage/helm-swoop), and Melpa already uses the new URL (see [#133 on helm-swoop](https://github.com/emacsorphanage/helm-swoop/issues/133)), we can remove the hack to download the temporary fork.
