A set of example matlab scripts for running atomecs simulations and plotting the results.
The graphs follow those in the paper.
Clone the repository using
git clone https://github.com/TeamAtomECS/matlab_examples --recurse-submodules
then run the matlab scripts to run simulations and generate graphs.
