Contributor License Agreement (CLA)

Thank you for contributing to Halgorithem by Tangible Research.

By submitting a contribution (code, documentation, or any other material), you agree to the following terms:

1. Grant of Rights

You grant Tangible Research a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, distribute, and sublicense your contributions.

2. Ownership

You retain ownership of your contributions.

3. Project License

All contributions will be released under the terms of the GNU Affero General Public License v3.0 (AGPL-3.0).

4. Commercial & Dual Licensing Rights

You agree that Tangible Research has the right to:

  • Re-license the project or your contributions under different terms
  • Offer commercial licenses
  • Use contributions in proprietary (closed-source) versions

5. Contributor Responsibility

You confirm that:

  • You have the legal right to submit the contribution
  • Your contribution does not violate any third-party rights

6. Acceptance

By submitting a pull request, commit, or contribution, you agree to this CLA.
