How does set_seed change the physics of a simulation? #17

Description

@kurtenkera

Hi,

How does set_seed() defined in taccel/utils/example_utils.py change the physics of a given simulation? I would have thought that each soft-body simulation run should be identical/deterministic? With lots of the kernels/modules being closed-source, it's not clear to me how setting a seed changes the physics between different simulations?
