In our test file, https://tei-c.org/release/doc/tei-p5-exemplars/html/tei_lite.doc.html, two instances of @xml:lang are correctly handled by the template at line 158 of html/html.xsl, but all the other 2,352 instances appear within table cells which are in specification tables. Looking deeper...

When I run:

bin/teitohtml --odd ../TEI/P5/Exemplars/tei_lite.odd

in the dev branch of the Stylesheets, I find no instances of @xml:lang without an accompanying @lang in the result. So the question is why, when the fix to this code, lines 158-170 of html.xsl, was made by @HelenaSabel in 2021, does the current live version of the TEI Lite documentation still have the errors?
