I was experimenting with effects and events, didn't like what it was doing, and tried to put things back to how they had been before (when everything was working as intended). I think I clicked "clear device", not sure what else at this point. AlienFX ended up losing my devices and I can't get it to detect them again. I've tried clearing settings and uninstalling/reinstalling AlienFX several times. Device Manager shows everything is working correctly.
Currently, AlienFX seems to have detected a generic "DELL Technologies Keyboard", so I can manually re-map the keyboard itself, but I can't get it to detect my specific computer, and it only has that one device listed, so I can't change the lid/power/touchpad lights (or if I can, I can't figure out how).
The lid/power/touchpad lights ARE on, at least... I just can't change them.
I know I'm probably the one that messed this up, lol. But I would appreciate any help in fixing it!
