Alienware Aurora ACT1250 (2025) lighting not working

System: Alienware Aurora ACT1250
Model: D30M (from msinfo32)
OS: Windows 11 Pro
AWCC Version: 6.12.24.0
Issue: AlienFX-GUI detects 82 lights and
shows correct ambient colors in preview,
but LEDs do not change color. Tested with
Colors tab (manual pink) - no response.
Killing all AWCC processes did not help.
Device uses AlienFX 2.0 / APIv4 protocol.

Selected Aurora R16 as closest model in
device detection.

To Reproduce:

1. Install alienfx-tools on Alienware Aurora ACT1250
2. Run alienfx-gui as Administrator
3. Click Detect Devices, select Aurora R16 as closest match
4. Go to Colors tab, create a zone with all lights, set color to any color (e.g. pink)
5. Click Save and Refresh

Expected behavior:
Aurora chassis LEDs (Alienhead, Front Ring/Stadium,
Liquid Cooler) should change to the selected color.

System:
Model: Alienware Aurora ACT1250
Model details: 82 lights detected (APIv4),
zones: Alienhead/Power Button, Front Ring/Stadium,
Liquid Cooler, RGB System
OS: Windows 11 Pro (Build 26200)

Additional context:
Ambient screen capture works correctly - preview
grid shows accurate colors. But no color changes
are sent to hardware. Tested with AWCC processes
killed (AlienFXSubAgent, AWCC.SCSubAgent etc).
Device uses AlienFX 2.0 protocol per Dell docs.
Aurora R16 selected as closest model since ACT1250
is not listed.
