Request for changing the "retain overwritten frames" selection

Hey,

I'm wondering if you could modify the "retain overwritten frames" to be two options, a "retain overwritten frames individually" or "retain overwritten frames from resumed frame". This would be helpful so if we want to test overwritting a few frames without loosing them we can do so without all the rest of the frames being moved.
