I had an issue where all of a sudden, the "rename" function could not be found, so that block would not run/compile, and this would cause all further blocks to break. I made sure dplyr was installed and everything and nothing worked.
I solved this issue by updating my packages, R, and R Studio. I'm not sure which one fixed it, but I no longer have the issue. Just be sure to reinstall your packages again (if you need to), particularly the PDS package.
