From 76f39ecdd2d7f0199acb5a7cd4c7ecfe86820165 Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: cayossarian <23534755+cayossarian@users.noreply.github.com> Date: Sat, 24 Oct 2026 12:33:23 -0700 Subject: [PATCH] build(python): develop and test on Python 3.14.9, as Home Assistant's CI does Home Assistant core moved its CI and base image to Python 3.14.9 (#188204). .python-version named 3.14.3, and uv honours it: CI sets up the newest 3.14, then `uv sync` downloads 3.14.3 and runs every check on that, as local environments do. Both ran an interpreter six patch releases behind the one Home Assistant ships and tests on. It now names 3.14.9. requires-python stays >=3.14.3,<3.15: it is the floor this integration supports, not the interpreter it is developed on, and Home Assistant itself requires only 3.14.2. --- .python-version | 2 +- 1 file changed, 1 insertion(+), 1 deletion(-) diff --git a/.python-version b/.python-version index da717732..70c445ec 100644 --- a/.python-version +++ b/.python-version @@ -1 +1 @@ -3.14.3 +3.14.9
