Description

Admin panel for The Forge program managers to configure the founder journey: set milestones, track individual progress, and manage the founder pool.

Acceptance Criteria

• Program configuration: define workflow steps, milestones, success criteria
• Founder overview: list of active founders with status, last activity, blocks
• Individual founder detail: progress through workflow, generated assets, risk flags
• Aggregated (anonymized) view: step completion rates, dropout points, patterns
• Export reports per founder or entire pool (PDF/CSV)
• Role-based access: program admin vs. mentor vs. observer
