Description

Frictionless onboarding for founders entering via The Forge. Link → wizard → autonomous activation with no synchronous assistance required. This is the prototype for all B2B institutional partnerships in Stage 2.

Acceptance Criteria

• Dedicated onboarding URL per partner (The Forge branded)
• Wizard flow: account creation → startup basics → first analysis in <10 min
• Pre-loaded Layer 1 configuration for The Forge methodology
• No synchronous support needed — fully self-service
• Activation notification sent to assigned mentor
• Completion rate tracked (target: >60% by Q3 2026)
• Design as generic 'partner config' system — not hardcoded for The Forge
