Paywall system that triggers contextually when the user tries to access a paid feature, not as a blocking wall. The upgrade flow should feel like a natural extension, not a roadblock.

Acceptance Criteria

• Trigger points: Layer 2 access, asset generation beyond free quota, team features
• Inline upgrade prompt (not a redirect — modal or slide-over)
• Show what they'll unlock with specific plan comparison
• One-click upgrade from context (pre-select the relevant plan)
• Track conversion funnel: trigger → view → upgrade → activated
• A/B testable trigger copy and placement
