Feature Request: Link directly to a certificate page

I'd like to be able to link directly to a certificate verification page. 

E.g. www.example.com/certificate-verification/<certificate_code> 

Ideal scenario would be if the plugin could generate that link and have a list that could be downloaded into an excel (for merging into a pdf certificate).
