Malaria & Dengue Exposure form defaulting the exposure setting

Bug Description

Malaria and Dengue diseases are "Mosquito-borne". So default the selection of exposure setting to "Mosquito-borne".

Reproduction Steps

1. For Malaria and dengue, exposure setting gives other options, It should default to exposure setting "Mosquito-borne".

Expected Behavior

For both Malaria and Dengue, default the Exposure setting to "Mosquito-borne" and Exposure Category "Vector-borne".
