+ Ingredients

+ - 2 cups heavy cream
+ - 5 egg yolks
+ - 1/3 cup sugar
+ - 1 tsp vanilla extract
+ - Extra sugar for topping
+
+ Instructions

+ - Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C)
+ - Heat the heavy cream in a pot until hot (don't boil).
+ - In a bowl, whisk egg yolks and sugar.
+ - Slowly pour the hot cream into the egg mixture while whisking.
+ - Stir in vanilla extract.
+ - Pour into ramekins.
+ - Place ramekins in a baking dish and fill the dish with hot water halfway up the ramekins.
